How do I return an item?
Please note that any controller that is received and is found to be defective can be sent back and will be repaired free of cost. Controllers that are not found to be defective and do not impair the gameplay though the controller can not be returned. This contains but is not limited to a button or trigger not responding or a joystick not being able to click.
Controllers containing custom graphics and customization can not be returned for cosmetic problems. If a problem arises with the cosmetic features of your controller please contact us and depending on the order at hand, a new controller might be in order.
